"Both Tom and Katie were extremely helpful and on the ball in setting up my house and auto insurance. I really liked that Katie was able to discuss options and help me decide what I really needed and what might be excessive. In other words, what was "normal" in terms of coverage. I really appreciated that since insurance is something that we all know we need yet hope we never have to use. I would definitely recommend Tom and Katie Schabo as State Farm insurance agents."

"Just a few things you should know before considering State farm your insurance will go up And then when you set it on automatic payment if it's a weekend your payment will not be taken out and you would be charged a $20 late fee And then if you have homeowners insurance and it and it cancels they're going to send the cancellation notice to your bank so that you could possibly lose your house just information"

"Jessica, this is simple business etiquette. When a payment is made electronically the money is requested from the institution. If the request for funds falls on a weekend or a holiday the financial institution does not release the funds until the next business day. State Farm does not control that. It is your responsibility to account for those funds that have been ear marked for the payment. When you don't make a payment and your policies cancel the mortgage company is required to get a cancellation. So, it is simple. If you pay your bills life is easy. If you don't pay your bills the policies cancel. You have received bills, cancellation letters and my office, as a courtesy, text you reminders 11/4/25, 11/21/25 and again on 12/5/25. So, 5 notifications to help you avoid this problem. We pride ourselves with helping customers, but customers should do their part and pay their bills. "

"Deb Rima at State Farm Insurance has always been available and helpful to me. Deb is very professional, friendly and always answers my questions in a timely manner. I have a hectic work schedule, so Deb and I do communicate through email and that is very effective and not to mention that the rates are GREAT.
